In order to create the right atmosphere, we need to be able to get a sense of how you want to live. You therefore bring along to the first consultation a plan of your kitchen, or even of your whole home. As a special service, we will be pleased to arrange a personal appointment here at our premises on Hohenzollerndamm outside of our normal opening hours - please just call us in advance to arrange a time. Or we will be happy to come to you, so that we can take measurements and discuss your wishes on site.

Once we know your personal wishes and the details of your home, we will provide you in our studio with extensive information about designs, materials and technologies, in order to decide which kitchen would best correspond to your personal style and which technological features are important to you, and to work out which individual solutions available on the market are best suited to your needs.
 
At the next appointment at our premises we will present your new kitchen to you - live, virtually, in 3D and in full colour! We will also provide you with an offer for a total price, including delivery and installation - which will be clear, transparent and include a full break-down of costs.
 
If our recommendations have won you over, we'll provide you with your own individual package containing a full list of components, colour print-outs of your kitchen, a layout plan and installation and tiling plans for your contractors.
 
During the delivery period, which averages six weeks, we will be available at all times to you and your contractors, or if you prefer we will be happy to organise the complete installation or renovation of your kitchen.
 
Delivery will be meticulously planned and carried out - we will arrange exact delivery and installation times with you, with our perfect logistics meaning we will time deliveries to the hour and, of course, take away all packaging materials. Our installation staff will fit your kitchen step by step, until finally the electricians and plumbers connect the appliances.
 
Our service of course includes an inspection of your new kitchen and will conclude the pleasant stroll you've enjoyed where others often have to endure a long and difficult trek!
 
Of course, we will remain at your service to provide reliable help with any questions you may have about your new kitchen.
